Sudden Link Communications, formerly known as Cebridge Connections, is a US cable broadband service provider that has approximately 1.5 million subscribers and 90,000 business subscribers. Operating in 16 states including Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas, Sudden Link landed its corporate headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. Founded in 2003 as Cequel Communications, they were re-branded as Sudden Link in 2006 and merged with Altice USA in 2016. In 2014, Sudden Link also rolled out Operation GigaSpeed, boosting internet speeds to 1 Gigabit per second to virtually all customers, but for which a subscriber will have to call for the pricing info for their area. Sudden Link has internet plans for new subscribers that include the triple play with internet download speeds of 30 Mbps, up to 200 TV channels, and home phone for $59.99 per month for a year while upgrading to 50 Mbps would cost only $10 more per month. For subscribers who just need 20 Mbps internet, this plan costs $19.99 per month for a year. However, if one requests the higher internet download speeds of 200 Mbps and unlimited data, combined with 200 channels of TV and home phone, this plan runs at a price of $99.99 per month for a year. For business subscribers, Sudden Link Business offers Internet download speeds of 50 Mbps, 75 Mbps, 100 Mbps, and 150 Mbps, with the lowest priced at $79.95 per month and the highest priced at $224.25 per month. All plans come with 15 free Suddenlink email accounts.
