Motorola MB7420 16x4 Cable Modem

The Motorola MB7420 is an upgraded 16x4 cable modem from the MB7220 model. Continuing to keep high ratings, this modem can now reach the higher tiers of internet speed plans up to 686Mbps. Keeping the full-band capture digital tuner, this model also has upgraded power handling to protect against lightning and power surges. The MB7420 is still certified by most cable service providers, but still doesn’t have built-in Wi-Fi. MG7550 is recommended if you’re looking for a high-speed cable gateway with Wi-FI instead.
